Cancellation Policy
At Omnia Academy, we are committed to providing an exceptional educational experience, delivering world-class content that empowers you to excel in your professional field. We are confident in the value and quality of our courses and are dedicated to maintaining a transparent and fair relationship with all our delegates.
This policy has been created to provide clarity on the terms of your booking. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy is designed to be fair to both you, our valued delegate, and to our academy, which incurs significant costs in preparation for each course.
We encourage you to read this policy carefully before booking your place.
1. General Terms
This policy applies to all courses offered by Omnia collection ltd, trading as Omnia academy ("Omnia Academy"), including in-person practical courses, online live courses, and pre-recorded digital courses.
Booking Fee / Deposit: All course bookings require a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee (deposit) to secure your place. This fee covers essential administrative costs and guarantees your seat, preventing others from booking it.
Written Notification: All requests for cancellation or transfer must be made in writing and sent via email to omniadental.info@gmail.com. The date of receipt of the email will be considered the date of notification.
2. Cancellation Policy for In-Person & Live Online Courses
This section applies to our hands-on clinical courses, lectures, and interactive live-streamed events.
2.1. Cancellation Initiated by the Delegate:
The following terms apply based on the amount of notice given prior to the course start date:
More than 60 days' notice: You will receive a full refund of the total course fee, minus the non-refundable booking fee/deposit.
Between 31 and 60 days' notice: You will receive a 50% refund of the total course fee. The remaining 50% is forfeited, minus the non-refundable booking fee/deposit
30 days' notice or less: No refund will be issued. At this late stage, we are unable to fill the vacancy and have already committed to all costs associated with your place (venue, materials, catering, etc.).
2.2. Transferring Your Place:
We understand that you may wish to transfer your place rather than cancel.
Transfer to a Colleague: You may transfer your place to a suitably qualified colleague at any time up to 7 days before the course start date. A nominal administration fee of £100 will be charged. Please notify us in writing with the full details of the replacement delegate.
Transfer to a Future Course: A transfer to a future course date is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Omnia Academy. If granted, this request must be made at least 60 days prior to the original course start date and will incur a £100 administration fee.
2.3. Failure to Attend (No-Show):
Delegates who fail to attend a course for any reason will not be eligible for a refund or a transfer.
3. Cancellation by Omnia Academy
In the highly unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, insufficient enrolment, venue issues), we will take the following steps:
We will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity.
We will offer you the choice of either:
A full refund of all fees paid, including the booking fee/deposit.
A free transfer to the rescheduled course date or to an alternative course of equal value.
Please note: Omnia Academy is not liable for any consequential losses, such as travel or accommodation costs, incurred by the delegate.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that serious, unforeseen circumstances such as bereavement or severe illness may prevent you from attending. In these situations, please contact us directly in writing at the earliest opportunity. While our standard policy will apply, we will review such cases with compassion and on an individual basis, at our sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be required
